Refund and Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@ab.dk. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a prompt resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalised products (special orders)
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, purchase the replacement separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same condition requirements as above.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
