Goalkeeper Nick Christoffersen to Take Career Break

Akademisk Boldklub A/S has announced that goalkeeper Nick Christoffersen has decided to take an extended leave of absence from the team for personal reasons.

“Nick informed us a few days ago of his wish to take a break from football and we will respect his decision,” said Sporting Director Jen Chang. “He has been a quality goalkeeper for us during his time here and we’re sorry to see him leave.”

Christoffersen, 24, originally joined the club in January 2025 and had 8 appearances for the club.
